iRyde OS is an AI-assisted transportation operations platform built for premium transportation businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information connected to reservations, dispatch, flight-aware operations, affiliate coordination, customer workflows, driver workflows, and operational communications.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that operators, administrators, drivers, affiliates, passengers, customers, or account contacts provide or generate while using iRyde OS.

  • Account and workspace information, such as names, company details, business contact information, roles, invite status, and authentication details.
  • Reservation and transportation information, such as passenger names, pickup and drop-off details, trip dates and times, stops, vehicle preferences, notes, account references, and flight details.
  • Operational data, such as dispatch assignments, driver status, vehicle details, trip progress, affiliate farm-in or farm-out activity, communication logs, and support activity.
  • Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, usage logs, error logs, security events, and approximate location information when enabled for driver workflow or dispatch visibility.
  • Billing and payment-related information processed through payment providers or account systems. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in iRyde OS.
  • SMS consent information, including whether consent was granted, consent timestamp, consent source, phone number, IP address, user agent, and policy version where applicable.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve iRyde OS and related transportation operations workflows.

  • Operate reservations, dispatch, customer, driver, vehicle, affiliate, reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Provide flight verification, flight monitoring, airport pickup timing, operational alerts, and related transportation intelligence.
  • Support Maia AI Co-Driver features, including drafting, reservation intelligence, operational recommendations, and workflow assistance.
  • Send transactional and operational communications related to active transportation activity.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and enforce applicable terms.
  • Provide onboarding, support, product updates, billing administration, and account management.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Users may opt in to receive transactional or operational SMS messages from iRyde OS related to reservations, dispatch updates, and transportation services. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase, book, or use transportation services.

  • The SMS consent checkbox must not be pre-selected. Consent requires an affirmative user action.
  • SMS consent is separate from email consent, phone call consent, account creation consent, marketing consent, and acceptance of general terms.
  • Message frequency varies by reservation or operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Transactional SMS may be used for reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, driver arrival notices, schedule updates, dispatch coordination, affiliate or farm-out coordination, and customer service related to active transportation operations.
  • No promotional or marketing SMS will be sent unless a separate marketing SMS consent checkbox is added later and the recipient separately opts in.
  • SMS consent records may be used to document consent status, comply with messaging requirements, and prevent unauthorized messaging.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate iRyde OS, support transportation services, comply with law, or protect the platform.

  • With transportation operators, administrators, dispatchers, drivers, affiliates, and service partners according to workspace roles and operational needs.
  • With infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, SMS, mapping, flight data, payment, support, and security providers that help us deliver the platform.
  • With payment or billing providers when needed to process subscriptions, charges, invoices, or account setup.
  • With law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or platform integrity.
  • In connection with a business transaction such as merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell SMS consent records or use SMS consent as permission for marketing texts.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, support active accounts, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, and operational need.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for protecting account credentials, managing authorized users, and using appropriate permissions.

Your Choices

  • You may update certain account, company, driver, customer, and reservation information inside iRyde OS when permitted by your role.
  • You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP to applicable text messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • You may contact support for privacy questions, account requests, or assistance with data access or correction.
  • Operators are responsible for responding to passenger, driver, affiliate, and customer privacy requests that relate to their own transportation business records.

Children, International Use, and Changes

iRyde OS is intended for business and transportation operations use and is not directed to children. If you use iRyde OS outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws applicable to your business and your users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
