Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of iRyde OS, an AI-assisted transportation operations platform for reservations, dispatch, flight-aware operations, affiliate coordination, customer workflows, driver workflows, and operational intelligence.

Use of iRyde OS

iRyde OS is provided for professional transportation businesses and authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate user roles, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, transportation regulations, airport rules, affiliate obligations, and customer commitments.

iRyde OS supports operational workflows but does not replace professional judgment, dispatcher oversight, driver responsibility, legal compliance, insurance requirements, licensing obligations, or safety procedures.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Access to certain features may require an active subscription, approved beta access, or authorized workspace invitation.
  • Plan features, usage limits, AI credits, storage, setup fees, add-ons, and third-party provider costs may vary by tier.
  • Subscription fees and billing terms are presented through the applicable iRyde OS account or billing flow.
  • You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, and fees associated with your selected plan or optional services.
  • Failure to maintain an active account in good standing may result in suspension, loss of access, or changes to available features.

Transportation Operations Responsibility

Operators are responsible for their own transportation services, including reservations, pricing, dispatch decisions, driver assignment, vehicle readiness, passenger communication, affiliate coordination, airport procedures, safety, licensing, insurance, tax, labor, and regulatory compliance.

Flight data, mapping, ETA, AI-assisted recommendations, and operational alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users should verify critical information before relying on it for dispatch, pickup timing, passenger communication, billing, or safety decisions.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

iRyde OS may support transactional and operational SMS messages for transportation workflows. Users may opt in to receive transactional SMS messages related to reservations, dispatch updates, and transportation services. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase, book, or use transportation services.

  • The SMS consent checkbox must not be pre-selected. Consent must be provided separately and affirmatively.
  • SMS consent is separate from email consent, phone call consent, account consent, marketing consent, and agreement to these Terms.
  • Message frequency varies by reservation or operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • SMS may be used for reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, driver arrival notices, schedule updates, dispatch coordination, affiliate or farm-out coordination, and customer service related to active transportation operations.
  • No promotional or marketing SMS will be sent unless a separate marketing SMS consent checkbox is added later and the recipient separately opts in.
  • Operators must not upload, import, or use phone numbers for SMS unless they have the required consent and authority to do so.
  • iRyde OS may block, throttle, suspend, or disable SMS features if messaging appears noncompliant, abusive, fraudulent, high risk, or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use iRyde OS for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another workspace, interfere with platform security, scrape the service, or reverse engineer non-public systems.
  • Do not send unauthorized messages, spam, deceptive communications, or marketing texts without proper consent.
  • Do not upload malicious code, infringing content, unlawful data, or information you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not rely on iRyde OS as an emergency communication system or as the sole method for safety-critical operations.

AI-Assisted Features

Maia AI Co-Driver and related AI-assisted features may draft communications, summarize information, identify operational signals, or recommend workflow actions. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by an authorized human before major operational, financial, customer-facing, or safety-related actions.

Third-Party Services

iRyde OS may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, mapping providers, flight data providers, calendar providers, affiliate systems, hosting providers, and analytics or support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, availability limits, and privacy practices.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Beta, planned, experimental, or roadmap features may change before general availability. We may perform maintenance, address security issues, or modify the platform to improve reliability, compliance, or performance.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

iRyde OS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect data accuracy, message delivery, flight data accuracy, map accuracy, payment provider availability, or that AI-assisted outputs will be correct for every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iRyde OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, fails to remain in good standing, misuses communications features, or uses the platform in a way that could harm iRyde OS, users, passengers, drivers, affiliates, or service providers.
